Membership Benefits



As a Primary member of the Signature Club program the membership benefits listed in below are to be honored by Sheraton Oman Hotel while you stay or dine at the resort during the Membership Term


eCARD BENEFITS

1. Dining Benefit. Non-transferable. Member shall receive the following discounts on the total food bill for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner at any participating outlet with a maximum of twelve (12) people dining, valid at Sheraton Oman Hotel.

  • 50% for 2 people dining
  • 33% for 3 people dining
  • 25% for 4 people dining
  • 20% for 5 people dining
  • 15% for 6 to 12 people dining
  • 20% for member dining alone

Conditions: Only one membership per table ¨ Membership App must be presented at time of dining in order to receive discount ¨ Applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities shall be paid on the net amount of the bill ♦ All food must be purchased during the outlets' operating hours, and ordered from the outlets' regular menu, including any and all special menus, attachments, or "clip-ons". It is mandatory for the bill to be settled in the outlet, and may not be applied retroactively at the front desk or upon check-out.

The Dining discount shall not be applied to (a) orders made off-premises, conferences, banquet functions, meetings, exhibitions, or any events held in function rooms (b) through room service, take away orders tobacco purchases and mini-bar charges; (b) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the Signature Club program; (c) meals taken as part of bed & breakfast, half-board or full-board accommodation package rates and (e) black-out dates

2. Beverage Benefit. Non-transferable. Member shall receive a discount of 20% on all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, up to a group size of twelve (12) diners,valid at Sheraton Oman Hotel .

Conditions: Only one membership per table ¨ Mobile app must be presented at time of dining in order to receive discount ¨ Applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities shall be paid on the net amount of the bill ¨ The discount shall not be applied to (a) orders made off-premises, functions or through room service; (b) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the program; (c) black-out dates and (d) Happy Hours

3. Guest Room Benefit. Non-transferable. Members shall receive a discount of 20% off the best available rate,valid at Sheraton Oman Hotel.

Conditions : Valid for single or double occupancy ¨ Not valid for bookings made through travel agents or for group or block bookings ¨ Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions ¨ Membership number must be provided at time of advance reservation ¨ Discount is not applicable on packaged and promotional rates ¨ Discount on rates will not be applicable unless a valid Signature Club membership App is presented upon check-in

4. Spa and Health Club Benefit. Non-transferable. Members shall receive a discount of 20% off the following Spa and Health Club facilities, valid at Sheraton Oman Hotel:

  • Spa treatments (any)
  • ‘Day Use’ fee
  • Health club membership fee (monthly, quarterly or annual)

Conditions: Applicable for a maximum of 2 people only (member and guest) ¨ Discount is not applicable on retail items ¨ Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability ¨ Membership number must be provided at time of advance reservation ¨ Discount is not applicable on packaged and promotional rates ¨ Discount on rates will not be applicable unless a valid Signature Club membership App is presented

5. eCERTIFICATE BENEFITS. Non-transferable. Mobile App includes set of Signature Club eCertificates, containing the following eCertificates for use only at Sheraton Oman Hotel, with terms & conditions as mentioned on each eCertificate:

a. 1 x Complimentary Night Stay eCertificate. One (1) certificate to enjoy one (1) complimentary night stay, including breakfast.

b. 1 x ‘Buy One Get One Free’ Room eCertificate. One (1) certificate to enjoy the second (2nd) night complimentary, when paying for the first (1st) night at the best available rate.

c. 1 x Complimentary Room Upgrade eCertificate. One (1) certificate to enjoy a complimentary room upgrade to the next available room category when paying for a room at the Signature Club rate. Valid for a maximum of three (3) nights, only. Excluding access to the Club Lounge.

d. 1 x OMR 20 Cash eCertificates. One (1) certificate to enjoy a credit to the value of OMR 20 for part payment off food and beverage, on a minimum spend of OMR 30, valid at Asado. Valid in conjunction with the Standard dining benefits

e. 1 x Complimentary Cake or Dessert eCertificate. One (1) certificate to enjoy up to two (2) pieces of cake or dessert on the purchase of one main course each, for two (2) people dining at any participating outlet.One complimentary piece per main course ordered.

f. 1 x Complimentary Welcome Drink eCertificate. One (1) certificate to enjoy up to two (2) complimentary alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks on the purchase of one main course each, for two (2) people dining at any participating outlet.One complimentary drink per main course ordered.

g. 1 x Complimentary House Wine eCertificate. One (1) certificate to enjoy one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine on the purchase of a main course for two (2) or more people dining, at Asado, Courtyard or Turbine & Taps. Not valid on Thursday and Friday.

h. 1x Asado 50% off Food & Beverage eCertificate. One (1) certificate to enjoy a 50% discount off food and beverage, for 4 to 10 people dining at Asado South American Steakhouse.Valid for use from Saturday through until Wednesday only.

i. 1 x Turbine & Taps 50% off Food & Beverage eCertificate. One (1) certificate to enjoy a 50% discount off food and beverage, for 4 to 10 people dining at Turbine & Taps.Valid for use from Saturday through until Wednesday only.

j. 1 x Courtyard 50% off Food & Beverage eCertificate. One (1) certificate to enjoy a 50% discount off food and beverage, for 4 to 10 people dining at Courtyard.Valid for use from Saturday through until Wednesday only.
